Community manager

Key responsibilities

Devising and maintaining the internal workings of 0smosis. Gradually taking over tasks from the founders.

Acting as the founders first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organisation. Dealing with incoming requests and liaising with clients.


Leading our communication, both within 0smosis and to the outside world. Responsible for social media, events, content creation and PR.

Requirements

We are looking for smart, motivated big thinkers who want more than your average job.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communication Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience in developing, planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns along with end-to-end performance analysis and campaign reporting.
  • The ability to find answers to hard questions.

  • Highly driven and able to work in a start-up environment. 
  • Experience (and hopefully a great story) in creating and editing copy that is focused on driving sales.
  • Track record of content creation, from blogs to vlogs. 
  • Fantastic communication and organisational skills.
